Overview
Body of Stories is an exciting participatory arts project by Embody & Connect CIC, bringing dance and visual art together to explore cultural identity, heritage, belonging and lived experience. Through collaboration with professional artists, 60 participants will transform personal stories, memories and experiences into original creative work across a range of artforms, culminating in an accessible, multi-sensory public exhibition celebrating identity, culture and creative expression.
We are currently seeking funding and investment to bring this project to life and create opportunities for people to connect, create and share their stories through the arts.

OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS – BODY OF STORIES
Embody & Connect CIC is looking for creative practitioners to be part of Body of Stories, a new participatory arts project exploring cultural identity, heritage, belonging and lived experience through movement and visual art.
We are currently seeking funding to support the project and are inviting artists to share their interest and ideas as part of the development and selection process.
We are looking for artists working across disciplines including:

Pottery and ceramics

Sculpture and 3D work

Street art, stencilling and spray painting
