The Wellbeing Space
The Wellbeing Space
A space for collaboration, connection and whole-person wellbeing.
The Wellbeing Space is a growing community of therapists, holistic practitioners, bodyworkers, movement practitioners and creative wellbeing practitioners, brought together by Embody & Connect CIC at Spirelight Studios.
We believe that meaningful wellbeing can take many forms. Through collaborations with practitioners who bring different skills, experiences and approaches, we’re creating opportunities for people to explore new ways of supporting their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
From massage and Reiki to therapy, movement, mindfulness, bodywork and creative practice, The Wellbeing Space is about bringing different practices together under one roof, with one shared commitment to wellbeing and connection.
Our collaborations
We’re building relationships with practitioners who share our values and want to be part of something bigger than their individual practice.
Our collaborations may include:
-
One-to-one wellbeing sessions
-
Therapeutic and holistic practices
-
Workshops and group sessions
-
Creative and movement-based wellbeing
-
Community wellbeing events
-
Practitioner-led experiences and activities
Different practitioners. Different practices. One shared commitment.
We’re excited to be growing The Wellbeing Space and collaborating with practitioners who believe in creating spaces where people can pause, reconnect, explore and feel supported.
